
Deborah Brown
Deborah has significant experience as a coach, senior business leader and consultant working with global organisations both internally and externally in business, public and the arts sectors. She works with leadership teams, top talent and emerging talent to maximise their potential and enhance business outcomes. Her experience centres on building high performing teams, leading change through coaching, leadership development and 1:1 coaching.
She has held global roles at GSK, Pfizer, BP International, JPMorgan Chase and Axa working with the Executive Teams and Boards of these organisations and understands the challenges and politics at this level. She has also worked with senior leaders and their teams in organisations such as British Airways, Ernst and Young, Sabic, Deutsche Bank, Civil Service, NHS and Education (Head Teachers)
She works with leaders and their teams to build their personal and team effectiveness, manage expectations, successfully navigate the politics, build influencing and engagement strategies for stakeholders and strengthen their influence, emotional intelligence and presence. For her team coaching, she draws on many different methodologies including the science based TRIBE methodology which focuses on belonging and identity and Systemic Team Coaching which focuses on the needs of stakeholders and clarity of purpose.
Deborah holds an MSc in Organisational Consulting and a Masters in Team Coaching and Executive Coaching programme at Ashridge. She is an EMCC and Ashridge accredited coach. She also hols an MSc in Gestalt and Complexity at Metanoia programme and the NTL Certificate in NTL Organisation Development. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD) and Institute of Directors.
Qualified to deliver Myers Briggs, Firo B, OPQ, Hogan and Motivation questionnaires and Tipping Point Transformation and Future Search change methodology.
